MediaHuman YouTube Downloader
Version 3.9.22 · MediaHuman · Windows 7 / 8 / 10 / 11 (64-bit) · ranked #75 in the library
A no nonsense grabber for video and audio from the sharing sites, built so a whole playlist can be pulled as audio for offline listening with a couple of clicks and left to work through in the background.

About this release
Overview
MediaHuman YouTube Downloader is a focused tool for pulling video and audio off the sharing sites. Paste a link and it fetches the file at the quality you choose. Its particular strength is bulk audio: point it at a playlist or a channel, choose an audio format, and it works through the lot in the background, tagging each file as it goes, which is exactly what people who want a music collection offline are actually after.
It keeps the interface out of the way. A list of your downloads, a paste button and a format selector are most of it. It downloads several items at once, resumes an interrupted transfer, and can watch the clipboard so a link is picked up the moment you copy it. Audio extraction produces properly tagged files with the title, artist and artwork filled in where the source provides them, so a downloaded playlist arrives organised rather than as a folder of numbered files.
It is a standalone desktop application, not a browser add-on, so it keeps working when a site changes its layout and does not depend on any particular browser. This build is activated with no advertising and no limits on how much you queue. The only thing it needs a connection for is the downloading itself.
