About this release
Overview
TypingMaster is a course rather than a game. It works through the keyboard in a defined order, home row first, then the surrounding keys, then numbers and symbols, with each lesson introducing a small set of new keys and drilling them until accuracy holds before moving on. Progress is gated on accuracy rather than speed, which is the correct order to learn in and the part most casual typing tools get backwards.
The adaptive component is what separates it. As you work, it records which keys and which combinations you get wrong, and generates additional drills weighted toward exactly those. If your left ring finger is unreliable on a particular letter, that letter appears far more often in the next exercise. Over a course this compresses the time spent considerably compared to a fixed lesson sequence.
The background analyser extends that to real work. Running quietly, it watches typing in other applications, measures speed and accuracy in genuine use rather than in exercises, and identifies the problem keys from actual writing. It then proposes review drills based on that data. Alongside the course there are speed tests, games for a change of pace, a numeric keypad course, and per-user profiles with statistics tracked separately, which is why it turns up in classrooms.

Follow these in order
- Extract the archive and pause real time protection.
- Run the installer and choose the course language.
- Apply the included activation before launching.
- Create a user profile and complete the placement test so the course starts at the right point.
- Enable the background analyser only if you want it watching other applications.
- Restore protection.

From whoever packed it
- Do the placement test honestly. Starting too far in leaves gaps that slow everything afterwards.
- The analyser records typing in other applications by design. Leave it off on a shared or sensitive machine.
- Accuracy first, speed second. Pushing speed before accuracy is how bad habits get learned permanently.
