Overview
Wise Care 365 bundles the maintenance tasks that a Windows installation needs periodically into one application with a scheduler in front of it. Temporary files, browser caches, installer leftovers, thumbnail databases, log files and orphaned registry entries all accumulate quietly, and the cleanup modules here find and remove them with a preview list before anything is deleted. Nothing is removed silently.
The performance side goes after startup time and responsiveness rather than promising vague speed increases. The startup manager lists every automatic entry with its publisher and a delay option, so a slow boot can be fixed by staggering entries rather than removing them outright. Service tuning, scheduled task review and context menu cleanup are handled from the same panel, and each change is reversible from a restore list.
The Pro tier adds real time monitoring, automatic scheduled cleaning, deeper registry defragmentation, disk defragmentation with a visual map, and a set of privacy tools including secure file deletion, a folder locker and a recovery module for accidentally deleted files. A system monitor panel reports processes, memory and disk usage live, which is more useful for diagnosing a slow machine than any of the automated fixes.

Follow these in order
- Extract the archive to any folder.
- Pause real time protection while the activation component runs.
- Run setup as administrator and decline any optional components you do not want.
- Open the application and let the first scan complete before changing settings.
- Review the cleaning list before confirming the first removal pass.
- Set your maintenance schedule, then restore protection.

From whoever packed it
- Take a restore point before the first registry clean. The tool offers to make one and you should accept it.
- The background monitoring component can be disabled in settings if you only want manual runs.
- Review the startup list before disabling entries. Delaying an entry is usually better than removing it.

- It is conservative here and takes a restore point first, but review the list rather than accepting every suggestion blindly.
- Does it run in the background?
- Only if you leave the monitoring component enabled. It can be turned off entirely and used on demand.
- Will it speed up an old machine?
- It will improve boot time and free disk space. It cannot compensate for a failing drive or insufficient memory.
